Delivery terms

These delivery terms apply to all orders placed through the web shop of Jomi Sports & Bedrijfskleding, Halmaheiraplein 10, 3312 GH Dordrecht, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 53392558.

1. Delivery time

Items in stock are shipped within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. If an item is not immediately available, we will contact you. Printed, embroidered or otherwise personalised items have a longer delivery time, which is agreed with you in advance. Stated delivery times are indicative.

2. Shipping costs

Orders from €99 (incl. VAT) are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders below this amount we charge €9.50 shipping within the Netherlands. Shipping to Belgium and Germany costs €12.50. For other countries the shipping costs shown in the cart apply.

3. Delivery

We ship with DHL. You receive a track & trace code by email. The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery.

4. Inspection on receipt

Check your order immediately after receipt. Report visible damage, missing or incorrect items within 7 days via sportkleding@jomisports.nl or bedrijfskleding@jomisports.nl.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The item must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer. We refund the purchase amount within 14 days of the withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications, such as printed or embroidered clothing.

6. Business orders and client portals

Different arrangements regarding delivery, invoicing and returns may apply to business customers, clubs and client portals. These are recorded in writing.

7. Other

Our general terms and conditions also apply to all orders. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
